In this intimate, hands-on session held via Zoom, Ruben will share the simple yet powerful techniques he uses to capture the essence of fashion in a few elegant lines. The 60-minute class is designed for all levels—you’ll learn how to create beautiful, expressive fashion illustrations whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your voice. All you need is paper, a charcoal pencil or stick, and an acrylic color set. During the class, Ruben will also answer any questions you have—whether they’re about technique, materials, career development, or working with clients. Please note that anything extending beyond the 60-minute session will require booking an additional class. Beyond technique, Ruben will also reveal how he built a sustainable career as an artist: from marketing yourself authentically, to building relationships, pricing your work, and creating illustrations that sell.
